About us

 

Krikor Moloyan is a first generation Armenian-American who is passionate about civil rights and community activism. He has extensive experience in serving the needs of Higher Education Institutions, Corporate Regulations, Business Formation, and Transactional Disputes.

 

Krikor obtained his Juris Doctor degree from Southwestern Law School and his Bachelor’s degree from UCLA. While in law school, Krikor was a Judicial Extern to the Honorable Amy M. Pellman of the Los Angeles Superior Court. He was also involved in student organizations such as the Transaction Negotiation Network, and the Armenian Law Student’s Association.

 

Currently, Krikor serves as the Director of the Pro Bono Clinic at the Armenian Bar Association which provides free legal services to the Los Angeles community. Krikor is also a Board Member of Veterans  Stand Together and the Armenian Council of America.
